Chipotle Hummus



1 can Chick peas
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1/2 Lemon
Chipotle Olive Oil
salt and pepper

Pour the chick peas in a food processor. Add garlic, juice of 1/2 a lemon, salt and pepper. Puree the chick pea combination. Add Chipotle olive oil to desired consistency. Garnish with pine nuts and a drizzle of olive oil.
