Garlic Roasted Potatoes

8 potatoes, sliced
Garlic olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread sliced potatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle garlic olive oil over the potatoes. Season potatoes with salt and pepper. Place baking sheet in oven and cook potatoes for 20-30 minutes.
