Asparagus with Tomatoes & Feta


Lemon Olive Oil
1 bundle fresh asparagus, trimmed
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup feta cheese, split


In a medium skillet, drizzle lemon olive oil around pan. Add asparagus, tomatoes, and half to the feta cheese and sauté for about 5 minutes over medium high heat, until asparagus is cooked. Transfer asparagus and tomatoes to serving dish. Top by sprinkling the remainder of the feta cheese over asparagus. Serve immediately.
